The process is simple enough. Upon recieving the console, I proceed to take it apart including the controller. Once it is all apart and seperated, I take all the plastic parts and proceed to soak them in warm soapy water before scrubbing them with a brush. While the plastic parts are drying, I start to clean down the circruitry with 99% IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol). This also includes any rubber pads for the button contacts.
From there I proceed to dust the consoles fan and heatsink off with a soft bristle brush. Once all that is done I use a cotton tip and more IPA to clean the old themal paste of the heatsink and cpu and proceed to repaste it with high quality thermal paste.
Once everything is dry and clean, I proceed to reassemble the console and controller and test it. This whole process starts at $75 per Console and goes up depending on console or is infested with bugs or smokers dust.
